Job Vacancies

1. Executive – Leasing

Responsibilities:

– To actively source, identify and secure tenants for the mall to meet leasing targets

– To handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendation

– To conduct marketing research from time to time to keep up with the market trends

– To ensure the tenants are consistent with the mall’s positioning and retail plan

– To follow up and ensure that the requirement per Tenancy Agreement are fulfilled by the tenants prior to commencement of business

– To attend to the existing tenants’requirement/comments/complaints/suggestions/etc and to update, discuss & find solution of such issue with immediate superior

– To liaise closely with inter-department for matters pertaining fit-out, operation, finance, and A&P

– To maintain a good & strong relationship with existing and new tenants

Requirements:

– Candidate is required to have credit in SPM Mathematic

– Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any filed

– At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in retail mall management

– Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

– Communication Skills in Mandarin would be added advantage

– Well-organized, independent and good negotiation skills are required for this position

– Ability to multi-task and work within tight dead-lines

2. Executive – Marketing & Communication Executive

Responsibilities:

– To assist with annual budget development

– To plan & implement of A&P strategies and activities for the mall

– To develop and coordinate above the line & below the line within approved budget

– To plan for media schedules (including media buying, negotiation with media owners and booking of schedules)

– To develop newsletter & write press release

– To develop relationship with retailers to secure commitments to the retail center so that cross promo can be executed

– To liaison with tenants, suppliers, government agencies for promotion and sponsorship

– To monitor and execute social networking communication such as Facebook & Instagram

– To perform and execute any other duties assigned that may be deemed appropriate to this role

Requirements:

– Candidate is required to have credit in SPM Mathematic

– Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent

– At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in related field is required

– Candidate with shopping mall experience will be favourable considered

– Creative and able to develop new ideas

– Strong networking skills, resourceful, independent and able to multi task

– Able to work under pressure and meet target and deadlines

– Able to communicate & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be added advantage

– Well-organized, independent and good negotiation skills are required for this position

– Ability to multi-task and work within tight dead-lines

3. Assistant – Customer Service (Mall)

Responsibilities:

– To provide customer service at Info Desk

– To respond in a friendly, professional and timely manner to all visitors, shoppers and tenants enquiries

– To attend enquiries, complaints and suggestions of shoppers

– To provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner over the phone

– To make announcement on daily and situational basis, for example – Greetings – opening & closing, lost child, event and etc

– To assist marketing department for seasonal and monthly campaign/program

– To act as a mall ambassadors by providing exemplary customer service, profiling prospect, presenting unified face to customers

– Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

– Candidate is required to have credit in SPM Mathematic

– Candidate must possess minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field

– At least 1 year relevant working experience in customer service related field

– Candidate with shopping mall experience will be an added advantage

– Passionate & enthusiastic about customer service

– Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

– Friendly & approachable

– Required language(s) – English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

– Willing to work on weekend & public holidays

4. Promoter

Responsibilities:

– To promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner

– To welcome customers to the store with a pleasant smile & assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for

– To be able to look for innovative ways to improve customer experience

– To assist in general cleaning, price tagging, coding, storage and display of merchandise

– To do stock count from time to time

– To disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc.

– To engage with customer and discover their wants and needs

– To submit daily sales report to the superior

Requirements:

– Candidate is required to have credit in SPM Mathematic

– Candidate must possess minimum SPM/STPM

– Proven work experience as a Retail Promoter for at least 1 year

– Have a pleasant personality and grooming

– Be conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Bilingual with the ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage

– Be able to work flexible shifts including weekend & public holidays
